If it's not listed, check the fiber content and general description — terms like "lightweight," "midweight," or "heavyweight" often correspond loosely to the three bands described above, even without a specific number attached. Customer reviews and photos can also be useful, since buyers often comment directly on whether a shirt feels thin or substantial, or whether it's noticeably see-through.
